I think I’m almost done with this one. I have been glazing and painting direct color over the raw umber dead layer underpainting. Here’s a detail shot of it:

You made it great. The improvement from the earlier look to the new one is very well noticeable. Good work !

Thanks! I’ve been lagging on finishing it mostly because I’m not sure if I want to add some text to the painting and mess around with the features a bit, or just leave it. I think it’s going to sit a while longer while I mull it over
